Oud is the lead, the dark, resinous heartwood of agarwood, usually described as woody, animalic and a little medicinal. Here it sits in one list with almond, a marzipan-like sweetness, and raspberry, which is tart and jammy. Bourbon vanilla, sandalwood, atlas cedar and rose complete the list. Bujairami Smoking Gun is also an eau de parfum, and its list gives honey, cloves, vanilla, tonka and sandalwood. It shares oud, vanilla and sandalwood with Bare Oud. Its honey and cloves have no counterpart in Bare Oud, and Bare Oud's almond, raspberry and rose are missing from Smoking Gun.
