Citrus and bergamot at the top are two entries doing similar work. The general citrus note stands for the sharp, juicy side of the fruit, and bergamot adds its bitter, slightly floral and tea-like depth. Floral accents, the third top note, is a loose term: it means a touch of flower is already in the opening, before the heart proper begins.
Jasmine, white florals and iris form the heart. Jasmine is rich and indolic, sweet and a little animal in the way it is usually used. White florals is another broad entry, a bouquet of heavy, creamy blossoms without a name attached.
