What does Bujairami Benzo smell like?
Bergamot opens Bujairami Benzo, and it is the only top note on the list. The start is short and clean: a bitter-fresh peel with a slightly floral, green edge that gives the rest of the scent a clear entrance. Nothing else competes with it at that stage, and the heart arrives quickly.
Incense and jasmine carry the heart. Incense is a resinous, smoky, slightly balsamic smell, usually from frankincense-type resins, and it gives the scent a dry, churchy character. Jasmine is the warm, creamy, slightly indolic flower that fills the middle, so the heart is smoky on one side and floral on the other.
The base is the sweet and warm part. Vanilla and benzoin are both sweet and balsamic, and benzoin in particular is resinous and faintly vanilla-like with a smoky edge. Woodsy notes is an accord rather than a single material, a generic wood effect, and ambroxan is a synthetic amber-type material with a dry, mineral warmth. Together they make the base dry, sweet and resinous at once.

Benzo compared with three similar Bujairami scents
Bujairami Double Dose and Bujairami Benzo share bergamot, incense and jasmine. Incense sits in the top of Double Dose and in the heart of Benzo, while bergamot is top in both. Double Dose adds pink pepper and bulgarian rose, with ylang-ylang and cedarwood in its heart. Benzo's base adds woodsy notes and ambroxan to the vanilla and benzoin both lists use.
Bujairami Abyss shares bergamot, jasmine, vanilla and benzoin with Bujairami Benzo, so the four overlaps sit in the top, heart and base alike. Abyss opens on coconut and bergamot, with jasmine and jasmine tea in the heart. Benzo's heart carries incense where Abyss goes to jasmine tea, and its base adds woodsy notes and ambroxan where Abyss uses cashmere wood.
Bujairami Starlit lists mango and bergamot on top, jasmine and incense in the heart, and vanilla and sandalwood at the base. Its shared notes with Bujairami Benzo are bergamot, incense and jasmine, the same three that Double Dose shares. Starlit's top has mango, which Benzo's top does not, and Starlit leaves out benzoin, woodsy notes and ambroxan from its base.
