Bujairami Overload begins with a pairing that seems odd on paper. Lavender is aromatic and herbal, clean like soap and linen, with a cool camphor edge. Coconut is creamy and milky, close to sun lotion, and sweet without being fruity. Set together, the herb keeps the coconut from turning into a dessert too early.
Then comes the part the name of the style comes from. Vanilla is the warm, balsamic sweetness at the centre of most gourmand lists.
