Bergamot, rosemary and lavender make a green, aromatic opening. Bergamot adds bitter citrus brightness, rosemary a sharp, camphorous herbal note, and lavender a soft, clean floral with a herbal edge. Together they form a classic fresh start, the herbal kind that many fougère-style and woody perfumes begin with.
Cypress, vetiver, patchouli and cedar form the drier half.
