Sorted by character instead, two are fresh, one is a spice and two are warm. Bergamot is the bitter-fresh citrus of the group. Blackcurrant is a dark berry that smells tart and juicy with a green, slightly sharp edge. Cardamom is a cool, aromatic spice with a lemony lift.
The warm pair does the anchoring. Ambergris was once a rare material washed up from the sea; in modern perfumery the name nearly always stands for a recreated accord that smells salty, mineral and softly sweet, like warm skin. Bujairami Chubby and Bujairami Echoes do not have a single listed note in common. Chubby is caramel, musk, tonka bean, sandalwood and vanilla, a dessert-like list; Echoes is ambergris, benzoin, bergamot, blackcurrant and cardamom. Both are extraits.
Bujairami New York is a nine-note eau de parfum, and two of its notes are also in Bujairami Echoes: bergamot on top and ambergris in the base. New York adds ambroxan, vanilla and tonka bean to that warmth, plus apple, coriander and floral notes. Echoes has blackcurrant where New York has apple, cardamom where it has coriander, and benzoin for sweetness.
Bujairami Too Damn Good opens with blackcurrant and bergamot, the two fresh notes it has in common with Bujairami Echoes, and adds lemon. After that the lists diverge.
