Bujairami Hectic or Too Damn Good?

Hectic and Too Damn Good share one listed note; compared below.

These are the two most ordered and most searched Bujairami scents, so the question which of the two to pick comes up often. On paper they have little in common: bergamot is the only listed note they share.

Bujairami Hectic is the drier of the two. Its citrus top leads into ginger, cinnamon and neroli and ends on Ambroxan, guaiac wood, olibanum and black tea. Bujairami Too Damn Good is the fruitier and sweeter one: blackcurrant and lemon on top, praline, musk and violet in the heart, and black amber, cedarwood and vetiver in the base. The shop gives both the same season tags, type and strength, so the choice comes down to tea and smoke against fruit and praline.

How to decide: take Hectic if you avoid sweet perfumes or like tea, incense and ginger. Take Too Damn Good if a hint of praline and berry appeals to you and you also want something the shop tags for evenings. If you want no citrus at all, neither is the answer; the third extrait people weigh against these two is Bujairami Dead Serious. Even the bottles tell them apart: the same cut glass, with a blue label and cap for Hectic and orange for Too Damn Good.
